I have found a company that will do those fold out chairs with any logo for about $20.00/ chair. It would require a minimum purchase of 12 chairs. There is also an opportunity for possible payback to the club funds if 24+ chairs were purchased.

We dont even have 10 people that visit the site everyday let alone 24 people to buy 20 dollar chairs. If this club was big it would sound like a good idea. But we already have everyone sitting in chairs at meets instead of walking around promoting the club. So i think more sitting would be a bad idea, we should spend 20 bucks on some flyers or something like that to get our name out there.

I quite disagree with your observation that we already sit around too much. When the club first started, it pretty much started from a group of VW lovers who sat around in fold-out chairs together at the meets.... and did nothing. lol. I would like MORE sitting around

It would just be cool if we showed up at a meet and all had matching chairs and we were sitting under a big tent with an EO banner flying. That is what will promote this club the right way..... not flyers. (Plus, we already have flyers/business cards that everybody is giving out whenever possible).

The $20 is the same $20 that you would be spending on a fold-out chair at Walmart or whatever. Its just that this one will have the EO logo.
