About me: My first car was a red Hyundai Tiburon, after that I had a Dodge Ram 1500, then another red Tiburon, then I started getting serious and got a 2003 WRX in red, that car is what got me interested in going fast. After that car, I didn't know what I wanted to buy, I was searching used car lots for a car that spoke to me. I took a trip over to Gunther VW and thats when I saw her; my 2001 Mojave GTI. I instantly knew I wanted the car, and a test drive confirmed it.

The car breaking down all the time eventually led me to doing my own repairs which eventually got me into mods, and since I bought this car I have learned enough about VW's to fix almost anything that can come up.

Car mods:
Slightly lowered, with H&R Sports and Koni Yellows, ditched the front stock sway bar, full poly bushings (soon to be full R32 bushings,) TyrolSport brake stiffening kit, filter on maf intake, Magnaflow exhaust, Gruven intake shifter bushings, METAL tensioner bearings, and I think thats about it as far as performance stuff... not much there.

As for looks/convenience, euro rear bumper, cutout valence, shaved badges, black rear emblem, blacked out b-pillar, retrofit porsche 996 headlights, euro R32 taillights, blacked out grill, yellow HID LED city lights, HID LED interior lights, Hella Micro DE foglights, W8 overhead console, euroswitch, 42DD triple gauge panel, Sport shifter, pedals and door sills, Ipod adapter, pinstripe headliner OEM roof rack.

Plans: Get a new daily and gut the MkIV, false floor all the way in the back, VRT kit, custom windsplitter for the roof rack, ect ect. Money dictates my mods.
